Now here is one of the most unusual women I have profiled on this blog.
Lynnette Thredgold was "Phantom" on David McLaine's Women of Wrestling (WOW!) wrestling promotion.
Not only that, but Lynnette was also a bodybuilder and a concert violinist.
And she did all three of them pretty darn well!

Remember WOW! Women of Wrestling (sometimes just simply called WOW!), the women's wrestling promotion created by David McLane after he created Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling?
Do you remember "The Total Athlete" Roxy Powers (Natalie T. Yeo)?
If you do...do you wonder why she didn't go on to the WWE?
I mean seriously, she could have been an amazing Diva!
Unfortunately after WOW, the only place I could find anything about her was playing one of Bonesaw's (Randy Savage) valet in Spider-Man back in 2002.

After WOW she appeared in Chicks with Sticks: Live at the Grand Slam (2005) as the Red Warrior.
She also did stunts in "Six Feet Under", Starship Troopers 2: Hero of the Federation, "She Spies" , "Alias", House on Haunted Hill and Happy, Texas.
People still mention Riot on wrestling forums to this day.

Peggy was (is) one of the last great heels. She could capture the disdain, arrogance and general " I don't like you" attitude and make you believe every second of it.

This young self-proclaimed tomboy got bit by the wrestling bug fairly early in her life but she never though it would be a career option for her. The fiery Guatemalan-born wrestling phenom held a slew of odd jobs from construction worker to owning and running a gymnastics company before she found W.O.W. Erica auditioned for W.O.W thinking it was some kind of women's fantasy show but was delighted whens he found out it was an actual wrestling program.
She always considered herself a perfectionist in all she attempted to achieve, so for Erica Porter, current UPW women’s champion, it is no wonder that in the one year since she first entered the RAW Center for training, she has come so far so fast. “It’s just how I’ve been all my life,” she explains. “When I make the commitment to do something, it is total and complete.”
